About Us

Hi, my name is Krunal Nirban and I am a cricket and fitness coach. I have been coaching cricket for over 15 years and have played the sport for over 26 years at a highly competitive level,

One of the most important lessons the game has taught me is the value of discipline as its a very demanding sport that requires a lot of hard work and dedication. It has taught me the importance of setting goals and working hard to achieve them. It has also taught me the benefit of staying focused and disciplined, even when things get tough.

Another crucial lesson that cricket has taught me is the value of teamwork as it is essential to be able to work well with others in order to be successful. I have learned the importance of communication, cooperation, and compromise through the sport. These skills have helped me in my work and in my personal relationships.

Through playing I have learned the significance of resilience as the sport come with its ups and downs, and it is important to be able to bounce back from setbacks. I have learned to deal with failure and disappointment in a healthy way. This resilience has helped me to overcome challenges in my personal and professional life.

Finally, cricket has taught me the power of respect. It is a game that is played with respect for your opponents, your teammates, and the umpires. I have learned the importance of treating others with respect, regardless of their background or beliefs. This respect has helped me to build positive relationships with others in my personal and professional life.

I am grateful for the many ways that cricket has influenced my life over the years. It is a sport that I love and that has taught me so much about life and I am just as excited, as when I started as a child to being an adult now, to continue playing the game for many years to come.

Tieing in to my other passion, exercise, cricket has also helped me to develop my physical fitness, my mental toughness, and my strategic thinking skills. It has also given me a sense of community and belonging, and it has allowed me to travel the world to places like Perth, Australia, where i was able to be coached myself by the legendary 'Noddy' Holder, who has taught many of the Australian greats like; Justin Langer and Shaun Marsh and Marcus Harris. I look forward to passing on the gems of knowledge he was able to give to me to my students. I am truly grateful for the many ways that cricket has enriched my life.

My Journey with the sport has led me to having a passion for helping people of all ages and abilities improve their skills and fitness.
